But it is still displayed that I am missing the middle star knowing that I have already obtained it and from the outside of the castle you can see that I got the three stars
so I can't unlock the game corresponding to the level of the road of stars

According to your image, you are not missing the second star from the castle level. You are missing the second star from the airship level.

I actually thought this is from a Mario game since Iggy is a boss character of a castle lol.
